Free Medical Camp & Health Checkup
In addition to blood donation, all donors will receive a free general health checkup conducted by our expert medical professionals. This includes basic screenings such as blood pressure, blood sugar, BMI, and a general consultation to help you stay aware of your health status.

Who Can Donate?
Most healthy individuals between 18 and 60 years of age, weighing at least 50 kg, and free from any major medical conditions are eligible to donate blood. If you’re unsure whether you can donate, our on-site team will guide you through a quick eligibility check.
